How to “force” the intestines to work well
Scientists and doctors unanimously affirm that 90 percent of diseases are the result of good intestinal dysfunction and constant poisoning of the body by various products.
They say that all diseases “enter” the human body through the mouth, when unsuitable foods are used or when they are taken more than necessary. In these cases, the stomach and intestines become a source and reservoir of toxic substances.
There are cases when up to 10 kilograms of “waste” accumulates in the large intestine, which if not removed, can stay there for 20 years in a row, poisoning the human body in the full sense of the word. Especially after the age of 40, because it is filled with food waste, the intestine begins to swell, lengthen and deform, preventing other organs from performing their functional tasks well. All of these can be understood by everyone from the signals that the stomach and intestines begin to give.
Blackening of the teeth, for example, is one of the first signals that shows that there are signs of “slag” in the body, that we lack vitamins B and A, which, as is known, play a very important role in maintaining health. In the same way, it should be kept in mind that some foods seriously damage the stomach and colon, as well as the lack of fiber. The most dangerous are ice creams, creams, milk cream…Also, all types of meat, chocolates, cocoa, sweets, sugar, cow’s milk, eggs, white bread, pastries, cakes cause constipation.

The question arises: Is it possible for a person to establish order and cleanliness in his intestines, especially in the large intestine? Yes there are!
First, the intestines can be stimulated in their work by means of external massages. One of these is the “stimulation” of the soles of the feet, a simple method that stimulates all important organs, including the colon.
The best way to clean slags and poisons from the body is enema, which, according to old doctors, saves a person from 80 percent of diseases that threaten his health.
To have the best effect, it is useful to add a few drops of lemon juice or apple cider vinegar, a little permanganate and chamomile to the warm enema water. The enema is best done in the morning. Irregularities of the large intestine can also be signaled by pain in the lower back, through roughness and dryness of the skin, loss of strength, weakness.
In these cases, it is better to do the enema with milk. Take 100 grams of warm milk and add 20 grams of butter. After the enema, it is best to lie down until the colon wants to be released naturally. Usually, after two or three such procedures, everything goes well. This type of enema is best done in the evening.
Colon cleansing can also be done well with mineral water. Here’s how:
A quantity of mineral water is taken (calculate 70-100 milliliters for every 10 kilograms of body weight) and heated. Half of the quantity should be drunk in the morning, before bread, and the other half, after dividing it equally, should be drunk at lunch and dinner, always 15-20 minutes before eating. This cure gives a great effect, especially the first three days, but it should be continued until complete cleansing.
The dose can be reduced and drink only half the amount for 4 to 6 weeks. In the first days, the stool may be black, but later everything normalizes. In this way, not only is the damaged microflora restored, but the liver, kidneys, urinary tract are also cleaned, the blood sugar and cholesterol levels decrease. You may even become weak. You will feel better, sleep and general health will improve.
The large intestine works better, if the daily food will be rich in products that have fiber. Such foods are vegetables, fruits, semolina, bran, etc. They “skill” the large intestine. From vegetables, the most valuable are carrots, beets, salads, white cabbage. When you suffer from colitis, it is better not to eat white cabbage, but to drink its juice. To get used to it, you can drink this juice, first, together with the carrot juice and then reduce the carrot gradually. 300 grams of white cabbage juice, says the well-known American nutritionist Dr. Wocker, provides our body with an amount of organic food that can be compared to 50 kilograms of boiled or canned food.
Vegetable oils, black bread, honey, watermelon, melon, grapes, plums are quite useful in this case. Dried fruits damage the colon.
