During the time of detoxification of the organism, it is advisable to avoid refined foods, i.e. flour or white bread, rice, pasta, sugar, sweets, trans fatty acids in margarine, sweet carbonated drinks, crushed sweet foods” , nutritionists say, adding that when it comes to processed foods, through them we damage the impact of other foods, bringing empty calories full of “bad” fats and a lot of salt into the body. Of course, care must be taken that during this period of time the loss of essential food substances does not occur, because the entire health system will be destroyed, and it would be best to apply at intervals of 7, 14 or 21 days. Before starting the detox, it is necessary to increase the dose of vitamins C and E, flavonoids and other antioxidants, because they are very important in removing poisons from the body. Detoxification usually means fruit and vegetable juices, salad and green leafy vegetables, carrots, lemon juice, onions, broccoli, whole grains, cabbage. Red cabbage, green cabbage and radish are pioneers of body detoxification. These items are very rich in nutritious substances with the help of which our body is cleaned, increases the work of enzymes in the liver, helps to clean cancerous substances. Nutritionists also explain that during the detoxification process it is important to consume 1.5 to 2 liters of water in a day.

Daily detox menu:

Breakfast: cereal with some dried grapes or lemon juice with carrot juice.
