More than half of adults snore at some point in their lives. Snoring occurs when air passes through the tissues of the throat and causes them to vibrate as you breathe, which is why that characteristic sound is created.

Use peppermint products

Massage some peppermint oil around your nose and it helps open your nostrils to breathe better.

Keep the room humid

Dry air doesn’t help your nose or throat, so keep the window slightly open.
