The list that gives you peace of mind
Super-consultant Peter Bregman advises that being online should not become an obsession, as it is a risk of losing freedom.
On the one hand our daily life is a continuum against time, on the other hand we waste our time in useless activities. Based on these responsibilities, Peter Bregman, the strategic consultant to many administrators delegated as a leadership expert, has made a list of things we should not do, presenting his idea in a blog of the “Wall Street Journal”.
The surprising thing is that at the top of this list is an iPad. Because at first he bought it and after two weeks he abandoned it: It had become an obsession, I spent every free minute using the iPad and thus lost my freedom. Meanwhile, these days he has put aside his iPad and lives freely.
After this experience, the super consultant points out that the to-do list is creative and productive as well. Also among the things that should not be done is absolutely checking email while you are eating lunch, or using your BlackBerry or iPad while discussing with your partner, or while you are pushing the stroller.
